Fish "a la Normandie"


It is the easiest recipe for fish I know and also one of the most delicious. You can use any white fish fillet - in this example I used catfish (even not sure about that - translating fish names is not very easy). I always use fresh fish, please do if you can get it. Frozen fish would work as well but will not taste as good.
Per person calculate about 200g of fish.
- Slice one medium size onion and fry in a tablespoon of butter.
- Add a sliced clove of garlic
- Add the fish, fry slightly from both sides (see first picture).
- Add 200g of Creme Fraiche (per 200g of fish) (see second picture).
- Let it simmer for about 5 minute, until the fish is done
