Comfort Food: Linguine Aglio e Olio

We treated ourselfes with a special lunch today - we can only eat garlic in greater quantities if Iris does not work the next day.
This is comfort food of the highest degree - unhealthy but great tasting. In my opinion the best way to eat pasta.
You can use any "long type" pasta for this, we used Linguine this time, the traditional is using Spaghetti.
For two you need:
- 250g Linguine or Spaghetti
- Olive Oil (the best you can get)
- 10-15 cloves of garlic
- 1 Chili (optional)
- Sea Salt (or better: Fleur de Sel)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salad (you do want salad with it!)
At the table add individually salt and Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy!
